🚀 Women@zeb Netzwerktreffen: Schlagfertigkeit und Selbstwirksamkeit  Letzte Woche fand unser erstes Netzwerktreffen der Women@zeb-Initiative in diesem Jahr statt! Über 50 Beraterinnen kamen zusammen, um sich mit den Themen "Schlagfertigkeit und Selbstwirksamkeit" auseinanderzusetzen.   Highlights des Events:  ✨ Table Discussions: Inspirierende Gespräche an verschiedenen Tischen ermöglichten einen tiefergehenden Austausch über persönliche Erfahrungen und Strategien im Umgang mit Schlagfertigkeit. ✨ Keynotes: Sandra Douqué und Paula Menninghaus haben uns mit ihren Impulsen zur Thematik sehr inspiriert und durch ihre Perspektiven einen absoluten Mehrwert geschaffen. ✨ Workshops: In interaktiven Sessions erhielten die Teilnehmerinnen wertvolle Insights und praxisnahe Tipps zum Thema „Grenzen setzen“ und „verbale Schlagfertigkeit“. ✨ Überraschungsbesuch: Eine Einsatztrainerin der Hundertschaft hat uns mit ihrem Know-how und ihren Erfahrungen absolut begeistert und damit den Tag perfekt abgerundet   Danke an alle, die da waren - ihr habt das Event unvergesslich gemacht! 🌟 Danke auch an alle, die im Vorfeld involviert und dieses Event auf die Beine gestellt haben: Sandra Douqué: Für die wertvollen Impulse und Perspektiven zum Thema Schlagfertigkeit. Fulfilled. Inspired. Uplifted.✨   In this state, we slowly say goodbye to zeb.Uni 2024 and head into the weekend. Two intensive days of valuable input and wonderful collaboration are behind us: 🤝 In numbers: - Over 1,000 colleagues from 14 locations came together and listened - to almost 80 speakers in a total, of around - 1,200 minutes of presentations.   The 21st zeb.uni has once again deeply impressed us. We had the opportunity to learn from colleagues and external experts and are newly fascinated by the amount of knowledge, competence, and experience within our organization. Our thanks go to all the inspiring speakers and the fabulous organization team - Anna Schweifel, Berenike Koch, Dr. Sara Könemann, Marlen Malinka, Dr. Robert Ellenbeck, Patrick Neumann, Tobias Müller.👏   We are looking forward to the next zeb.Uni 2025!📅

Some are going to the Online Marketing Rockstars - OMR - in Hamburg. Others are going to republica GmbH in Berlin. We at zeb consulting are (almost) all 𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐳𝐞𝐛.𝐔𝐧𝐢 in Münster today. 😉 Why? Because – from our point of view – it offers a program that is as relevant as it is captivating. At least if you’re as “nerdy” as we are and can’t think of anything better than immersing yourself 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 for a full two days. 🚀 Our zeb.Uni has been part of our internal (further training) program for years and is one of the highlights of our year – alongside the Christmas party, of course. 🎄 We come together to learn from each other, to exchange ideas, to “update” each other, and yes, also to celebrate together. The topics are more than wide-ranging: from the latest regulatory developments to everything to do with digitalization and AI to the art of opening negotiations.🤓 The reason: we are one of few consulting firms with a clear industry focus: financial services. Our excellent performance is based on our excellent employees. Their abilities and skills are not only developed at universities or in previous professions, but also at zeb - especially over the next two days.🥳 #zebUni2024 #shiftingboundaries #oneteam
