🤝Shaping the future together – at zeb, collaboration is more than just a word. The close integration of consulting and internal departments shows how diverse and strong our team truly is. At our zeb.start week in July, we welcomed 18 new talents – 10 colleagues from consulting and 8 from our internal teams. This vibrant mix proves: At zeb, we work hand in hand to achieve great things together. Whether in Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, Münster or any of our other office locations – the exchange between sites and teams is lively and inspiring.💬 ❓What makes it special? The close cooperation between consultants and internal teams, which is already demonstrated during the onboarding week through a case challenge and joint content organization, and will continue to be lived daily by our colleagues in many projects. Everyone brings their own expertise to the table, and it is precisely this diversity that drives our success. Time and again, we have seen in various projects how valuable it is to have perspectives from both sides – because only together can we drive real innovation and #ShapeSpaces. 🚀 A big thank you to our dedicated speakers Meeli Laid and Jochen Manegold, as well as the organizers Linda Merkel and Leonie Schmäing. 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐬: zeb decides on succession at top management level At zeb, we follow an important principle: “All roles are temporary.” ⏰ In line with this principle, it was time for Dr. Markus Thiesmeyer to step down from his role of #ManagingDirector and pass the baton after two very successful terms. Following the decision of the shareholders’ meeting, his succession has now been officially confirmed. We are pleased to welcome and introduce Thorsten Helbig and Sven Krämer as zeb’s new, equally ranked Managing Directors. 🚀 Until the end of the year, the three 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐚 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐨 to ensure continuity and a smooth transition. After that, Thorsten and Sven will jointly lead zeb for the next three years.
