From a small consultancy from Germany, we have developed into one of the most renowned strategy, management and IT
#consultancies for the
#financialservices sector in Europe. Today we have 15 zeb-offices in 11 countries. With over 1,200 zeb staff members, we advise our clients in over 2,200 projects per year.
When developing our 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, the central question was what unites us at zeb.
The initial drafts were developed by zeb’s founders and first Managers in 1999 – who together carefully scrutinized every single word. In summer 2000, we officially adopted the
#CorporateMission and communicated it as part of our corporate identity.
Although the financial services sector has changed significantly since then, our goal, vision, values, and attitude remain unchanged. Our Corporate Mission is much more than just a statement: it shapes our identity, provides guidance, and inspires our actions every day anew – 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐨 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝟐𝟓 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬! 🥳
Our Corporate Mission offers a whole range of aspects that we identify with. Not everyone focuses on the same things: from our orientation within the financial services industry to our collaboration with colleagues and clients – the Corporate Mission 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐳𝐞𝐛 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞𝐬. 🩵
At the same time, it gives them the freedom to draw their own inspiration for their work both within the company and in client projects. This allows everyone to do their part in 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐳𝐞𝐛 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞.
