🌟 A warm welcome to our new colleagues! 🌟 🌍 From November 4 to 8, we welcomed a total of 51 new talents to our locations in Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Milan, Munich, Münster, Stockholm, Warsaw, Vienna and Zurich! 🎉 The first day was anything but ordinary - in the best sense of the word! Our new colleagues started their day with a warm welcome in our tower in Münster, followed by collecting their personal key cards - the first step into their new professional home. ☕ A highlight was of course the first coffee break, which was dedicated entirely to getting to know each other. This is where new faces met, initial conversations began and the foundations for new connections were laid. After an initial introduction, it was time to get down to business: the first training sessions were on the agenda! Led by our experienced team of trainers - Svea Brömel, Tobias H., Victor Eschlimann, Lennart Book and Matthias Dörge - the new colleagues were given an insight into the working methods and culture of our company.  Practical insights were also provided by André Hater and Stephan Trempler, who showed our new colleagues how we develop solutions and overcome challenges together as a team with their feedback on the case presentations. Thanks to our corporate mission partner Philip Franck, our mission statement and the strategic direction of the company also became tangible - an inspiring starting point for our journey together. 🙌 A big thank you also goes to Linda Merkel and Leonie Schmäing, who organized everything perfectly behind the scenes and made sure that everyone felt welcome right from the start. 🚀 With so many great colleagues and a strong start, we are already looking forward to all the joint projects and successes that lie ahead!
