Making responsibility visible – sustainability at zeb

For us, sustainability is not a trend but a crucial part of our entrepreneurial self-image. As a consultancy with a clear focus on the financial industry, we support our clients in their sustainable transformation – with strategic know-how and operational implementation expertise. At the same time, we are continuously working on being a credible part of this transformation ourselves. 
 

Orientation towards ESG – Environmental, Social, Governance

We structure our measures and progress along the three ESG dimensions: Environmental action, Social responsibility and responsible corporate Governance. This framework helps us systematically tackle relevant issues and make their impact transparent.

In 2024, we carried out a comprehensive materiality analysis under the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). This creates the basis for sustainability reporting in line with the requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Our findings form the foundation of our ESG strategy and will guide our next steps.

Our Sustainability Information 2024 provides an insight into the progress we have made and the challenges that lie ahead. It shows how we reduce carbon emissions, promote education and practice our corporate values in our day-to-day work. Because only if we act consistently as a company can we live up to our claim of being partners for change.
