During this onboarding week, our new colleagues connect across locations, exchange experiences, and gain first-hand insights into our culture, values, and ways of working. Last week, we were delighted to welcome 24 outstanding talents joining us from our offices in Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, Münster, and Warsaw. 🌍 As with every zeb.Start week, the new joiners kicked things off with a welcome dinner on Monday evening, this time at an Italian restaurant 🍝, offering a great opportunity to get to know each other and start building connections before the sessions began. This time, the week was guided by the theme “Interaction and Learning” – focusing on collaboration, exchange, and shared growth from day one. A particular highlight was the Corporate Mission session, organized by Marlen Malinka and Nina Beuvink and hosted by Partner Ferdinand Davertzhofen, with moderation support from Sören H. Schmeinck Throughout the week, our referent team – Sören H. Schmeinck and Christoph Grönniger – provided engaging sessions that combined methodological expertise, practical experience, and cultural insights. Manuel Lang further supported the week by contributing to the case presentation, bridging theory and consulting practice.
