🌟 On to new horizons – this was our first
zeb.Start week in 2025!
With a warm welcome we greet our new zeb colleagues! This week marks the beginning of an exciting journey for many talents at zeb, the "home for talents"!
🗨 On Tuesday and within our Corporate Mission statement, Dr. Bernd Liesenkötter and Dominik Laufs gave valuable insights into the core values of zeb. We believe in a culture shaped by approachability and collaboration. We rely on flat hierarchies to ensure that every voice is heard and that every idea has the chance to be heard. Our goal is to create a supportive environment in which all talents – whether experienced or new – can develop their skills and reach their full potential.
Our Corporate Mission statement is part of every
zeb.Start week in which new colleagues get to know the company, the different departments and the people that work there. This time, 28 newcomers who will work from Amsterdam, Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, Münster or Stockholm came together and started the day off with a short introductory round followed by the "Purpose Tournament" (#startwithwhy) in which groups seek the best answer to the question: For whom does our work actually add value? Afterwards all participants, hosts and speakers got together in the zeb coffee bar for food and drinks and to simply have a good time together.

❤️ As always we thank our Internal Communications department, namely Marlen Malinka and Nadège Seibring for the organisation of the Corporate Mission event and Leonie Schmäing and Linda Merkel for the coordination and organisation of the
