Sustainability training to overcome concerns

“Insurance brokers who took part in our sustainability training courses are much more confident in their discussions with customers – they are no longer insecure when advising on sustainability topics. This is also what we aim for: we want to be a platform for brokers, make complex issues clear and accessible, as well as understand and allay fears.

Our two-day courses cover basic knowledge – from the Paris Climate Agreement to insurance regulation – as well as a practical part. For example, the participants get to put their new knowledge to the test in mock customer meetings or familiarize themselves with various types of customers with different views and needs regarding sustainability. Our approach is constructive in that we aim to focus on the opportunities for sales rather than the obstacles caused by perceived regulatory constraints.”
