It was clear to us that this topic would become increasingly important, especially for our corporate customers. A two-day workshop helped us quickly define new strategic guidelines for our business and implement different measures at operational level, such as appointing and training sustainability ambassadors, who have been continuously promoting various sustainability-related topics ever since.”
