Our understanding of sustainability

For us at zeb, sustainability is a key component of our corporate strategy. As a consultancy with a focus on the financial industry, we support our clients in their sustainable transformation while also taking responsibility for the environmental, social and governance-related impact of our own actions.

Orientation toward environmental, social and governance factors

Our commitment to sustainability is guided by the three ESG dimensions: Environmental (ecological aspects), Social (aspects pertaining to people and society) and Governance (responsible corporate management). We use these topics as a framework to develop measures, set goals and provide transparency on our progress.

Our Sustainability Information 2025 shows how we put sustainability into practice at zeb – from our climate strategy, mobility and resource management to education, diversity and well-being through to transparent governance structures. On top of that, it provides insights into selected case studies, key metrics and developments recorded over the past year.

Our 2025 report is based on the Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for non-listed SMEs (VSME), which provides a structured and comprehensible framework for presenting our activities, targets and results in a transparent manner.
