Our understanding of sustainability

For us at zeb, sustainability is a central component of our corporate strategy. As a consultancy specialising in the financial sector, we support our clients in their sustainable transformation whilst also taking responsibility for the environmental, social and corporate impacts of our own actions.

Focus on Environment, Social and Governance

Our commitment to sustainability is guided by the three ESG dimensions: Environment, Social and Governance. We design our initiatives, set targets and report on our progress transparently across these areas.

The 2025 Sustainability Report illustrates how we put sustainability into practice at zeb – from climate strategy, mobility and resource management, through to education, diversity and wellbeing, right up to transparent governance structures. It also provides insights into selected practical examples, key performance indicators and developments from the past year.

For our 2025 reporting, we have adopted the Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for non-listed SMEs (VSME) as our framework. This enables us to create a structured and comprehensible framework for presenting our activities, targets and results transparently.
