Purposes of the alumni network
The portal is intended for networking and to connect former zeb employees with their former employer zeb. You agree that your data stored in the portal will be made available to all other participants of the zeb.alumni network as well as to certain selected employees of zeb, i.e. the zeb.alumni team. The zeb.alumni team consists of a defined group of consultants as well as employees from Marketing & Communications and Recruiting.
If you register for the alumni network, the processing of your personal data will be based on your consent pursuant to GDPR Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a.
Confidential treatment of your data
Your data will be treated in confidence. If we commission service providers who support us in providing the alumni network, we make sure that they comply with applicable data protection regulations.
Duration of storage
If there is no legal retention period, your data will be deleted as soon as storage is no longer required, there is no longer a legitimate interest in the storage or if you instruct us to delete your data.
