Module 3: Integrated overall bank management

In this module, two complementary methods of operational overall bank management are presented: the more classic ROI and balance-sheet-structure management, and risk/return management. In this way, the concept of operational bank management is rounded off.

Against the backdrop of the increasing importance of strategic challenges, business model analysis—as well as business-model development, which is based on it—is a new focus.

In case studies and workshops, participants learn how to identify strategic competitive advantages—and the creative development of these advantages.

In particular, interactive design strengthens the operative and strategic management competence.
