Ein Nachmittag voller Austausch, Inspiration und Empowerment bei women@zeb ✨ women@zeb ist unser internes Frauennetzwerk und schafft Raum für Vernetzung, gegenseitige Unterstützung im Beratungsalltag sowie die gezielte Förderung von Karriere und persönlicher Entwicklung unserer Beraterinnen. Am vorletzten Freitag wurde genau dieser Gedanke lebendig: Über 60 Teilnehmerinnen kamen zusammen, um sich auszutauschen, voneinander zu lernen und neue Impulse mitzunehmen – geprägt von Offenheit, Humor und ehrlichen Gesprächen. Ab 15 Uhr starteten wir mit einem interaktiven Bingo als Icebreaker, das für eine lockere Atmosphäre sorgte und schnell erste Gespräche entstehen ließ. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Fishbowl Discussion „Navigating your early career“, gestaltet von Lena Lüpping und Anne Ballmann. In einem offenen Dialog teilten sie persönliche Einblicke in ihre Karrierewege und gaben praxisnahe Impulse – von Positionierung und Sichtbarkeit bis hin zum Umgang mit typischen Herausforderungen in der frühen Karrierephase. Besonders bereichernd war die aktive Beteiligung vieler Kolleg:innen sowie die aktive Teilnahme unserer Managing Directors Thorsten Helbig und Sven Krämer, die die Diskussion zusätzlich bereichert hat. Zum Abschluss wurde es festlich: Beim Christmas Pub Quiz wurde in Teams geraten, gelacht und mitgefiebert – inklusive eines kleinen Preises für das Gewinnerteam. Ein Pasta-Buffet, Kinderpunsch, Glühwein und viele gute Gespräche rundeten den Nachmittag perfekt ab. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an alle, die dabei waren und insbesondere an Leonie Schmäing und Caroline Klausch für die großartige organisatorische Unterstützung. ❤️

Christmas Magic at zeb – an Unforgettable Evening in Münster ✨🎄 Last week, the time had finally come for our annual Christmas celebration. Together with colleagues from all our locations, we gathered in Münster not only to celebrate the festive season, but also to reflect on an eventful year 2025. The evening opened with inspiring remarks from our Managing Directors, Sven Krämer and Thorsten Helbig – a special moment that perfectly set the tone for the night. We also took the opportunity to say goodbye to Dr. Markus Thiesmeyer in his role as Managing Director and to thank him for his dedication and the many milestones he helped achieve while actively shaping the future of zeb. Another highlight was the traditional partner appointments. We warmly congratulate all newly appointed partners on this important milestone and look forward to shaping the future together. Following a festive Christmas dinner, there was plenty to enjoy: 🎤 A karaoke bar for all singing enthusiasts 🎶 Music for every taste, with a great live band and DJs 🎮 A gaming area featuring darts, air hockey, and more 🤝 And, of course, many inspiring conversations with colleagues An evening that truly reflects what zeb stands for: celebrating together, sharing laughter, and creating lasting memories. ❤️ Together, we are setting the course for a successful year 2026 and our continued growth as one team.
