Artificial intelligence in the finance organisations of European banks

The CFO Study 2024 sheds light on how European CFOs and finance directors assess the increasing importance of artificial intelligence (AI) for the finance organisations of the banking landscape in Europe. It offers valuable insights into the current trends, challenges and opportunities that this technology brings for the finance sector.

In addition, the study presents a variety of innovative AI use cases that not only serve as a guide but also provide inspiring impetus for the future design of financial organisations. These practical examples open up new possibilities for how AI can revolutionise efficiency and decision-making in the world of finance.

To stimulate discussion, the study structure and the quantitative and qualitative results of the study are outlined. From this, a preliminary conclusion can be drawn.
