Proud to be out at work – for more diversity in consulting

By signing the “Charta der Vielfalt” (Diversity Charter) employer initiative, zeb has committed itself to taking all dimensions of diversity into account, including age, ethnic origin and nationality, gender and sexual identity, physical and mental abilities, religion and worldview, sexual orientation, and social background. Since then, the following projects have emerged:

a group of people's faces

Our anti-racism and anti-discrimination working group stands for zero tolerance towards violations of these principles.

Our women@zeb initiative aims to promote the visibility, networking and retention of women in consulting.

Our Female Excellence and Female Buddy employee programs are all about fostering young female talent.

Our internal WorkingParents network supports zeb’s parents and parents-to-be.

zeb.great women is a network for key female executives at our clients.

One of the more recent internal initiatives launched by our employees is proutz. This network is committed to an inclusive culture, awareness and tolerance for the queer community, in line with its motto: “proud to be out at work”.

This motto is promoted both internally through numerous formats such as webinars, interactive talks, podcasts and “knowledge nuggets” and externally through diversity consulting.

You can learn more about proutz in the zeb podcast episode featuring Tabea Nickenig (German only):
