privacy Talent Relationship

In the following section, we would like to inform you about the use of your data in accordance with Art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Responsibility for the Talent Relationship Platform

Our Talent Relationship Platform („Website”), which can be accessed at zeb.talentry.com, is a service designed to communicate with talents, interested individuals and employees and to recruit potential future employees. Human resource managers appointed by us, can register as so-called recruiters ("Recruiter") and communicate with talents in the business environment ("Talents") and manage relevant contacts.

Recruiters can invite employees of our company ("Referrers") to register on our referral platform. As part of the service offered, recruiters can use this website or an app (iOS and Android) to share job postings from our company with candidates from their own network, i.e. friends or acquaintances ("Candidates"), and receive a bonus for a successful application.

The company named in the imprint (hereinafter referred to as "We" or “Us”) is responsible for processing the personal data of the users of the Service in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the other applicable national data protection laws.

Personal data

Personal data are all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (e.g. name, address, telephone number, date of birth or e-mail address). Examples of non-personal data include purely statistical information that cannot be associated with you, such as the number of users of a site.

In the context of the offered service, we collect data of the service users both directly and indirectly.

If you actively use our service, we collect the following data (or a subset thereof) directly:
•    Contact information such as form of address, name, e-mail address
•    Data that you actively and consciously submit to us in the course of using our services (e.g. in the context of contact or application forms),
•    Other data that you provide us voluntarily, e.g. data fields filled in by you and marked as 'voluntary'
In addition, data about you is collected indirectly when you use our services:
•    Technical connection data, e.g. the page called up on our website, your IP address, shortened by the last three digits, date and time of the call, end device used, browser configuration data.
•    Data collected in the context of website tracking and newsletter tracking

•    Ensuring the proper operation of a data processing system according to Art. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) and f) GDPR

All of the user's personal data that is collected when using the service is processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting talent relationship management in accordance with data protection regulations.

For applicants the following legal bases and purposes apply additionally:
•    Contract initiation according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) and b) GDPR

Access to personal data

Access to the personal data collected within the scope of the service is restricted to our employees and the service providers commissioned by us, who have to deal with this personal data due to their tasks.

With regard to the data of users who apply for a job advertisement shared by one of our employees, the following applies: With the job advertisement forwarded by the referrer, applicants receive a personalized link, where they can then apply.

As soon as you decide to apply for a job via the service, we collect, store, process and use the personal data provided by you in the context of an application in order to initiate a job placement via the service.

Based on the applicant's knowledge of this data protection notice and for the purpose of carrying out the application process, the information provided may be used by us.

There are two ways of access:

1.    Recruiters can access the application directly via the website
2.    Recruiters can optionally access the applicants' data outside the service via an existing applicant management system if the data has been transferred from the website to the applicant management system via an interface.

The referrer on whose referral the applicant applied will be informed about the completed application. The referrer will be informed of the following information from the applicant's application: Salutation, first name, last name, job title, date of application, application status. The applicant is explicitly informed of this before sending the application.

The service providers process the data exclusively on our instructions and are obliged to comply with the applicable data protection regulations. All service providers have been carefully selected and are only granted access to your data to the extent and for the period of time required to provide the services or to the extent to which you have consented to the data processing and use.

In cases where third parties may receive access to your data, we have obtained your permission or there is a legal basis for this.

Any data exchange within the group of companies to which we belong takes place exclusively within the EU/EEA and is for internal administrative purposes only. By group of companies we mean affiliated companies in the sense of Art. 4 No. 19 GDPR.

Deletion and storage of data

Applicants and talents have the right to demand the deletion of their data at any time. As far as data has to be kept by the customer for legal reasons, it will be blocked according to the data protection regulations.

Insofar as the data of the talents and applicants for the services are no longer required for the purposes specified in this section, they will be deleted.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). So-called "cookies" are used for this purpose. These are text files which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of the use of the website.
Usually, when using Google Analytics, your IP address is sent to a Google server. For reasons of data protection, this website uses appropriate anonymization procedures which do not send any personal data to Google servers. This is done by first sending browser requests to our service provider's server, where your IP address is removed and replaced by the IP address of the service server. Only then is the anonymized request forwarded to the Google servers. Since the request is now made by the server of our service provider, you as a user are completely anonymous, while your usage data contributes to the aggregated reports that can be used to optimize and improve this website.
You can still prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software settings accordingly. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link.
