Privacy policy for our social media sites
In the following section we would like to inform you about the use of your data in accordance with Art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Responsibility:
The company named in the imprint is responsible for data collection and processing.
We run the following pages on social media platforms:

As well as us, the operator of the social media platform itself is also responsible as they carry out data processing activities which we, however, have only limited influence over.  Wherever we can influence and parameterize data processing, we work within the framework of available options to ensure that the operator of the social media platform handles the data in accordance with data protection regulations. In many cases, however, we cannot influence the data processing by the operator of the social media platform and have no knowledge of the exact data they process. The operator informs you accordingly in their own data protection declaration.
 
Data processing by us:
The data you enter on our social media pages, such as comments, videos, pictures, likes, public messages, etc., are published by the social media platform, and we never use or process them for other purposes. We only reserve the right to delete content, should this be necessary. We may share your content on our site, given this function is provided by the social media platform, and communicate with you via the social media platform. The legal basis is Art. 6, para. 1, subpara. 1, point (f) GDPR. Data processing is carried out in the interest of our public relations and communication.
To achieve this and for the purpose of managing our social media accounts we use the tool „Brandwatch“, provided by Falcon.io ApS, H.C. Andersens Boulevard 27, 1553 Copenhagen V, Denmark. Zeb has agreed to and signed a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with the provider.
If you wish to object to a specific data processing on which we have an influence, please use the contact data stated in the imprint. We will then check your objection or, if necessary, forward it to the respective social media platform.
If you send us an inquiry via the social media platform, depending on the answer required, we may also refer you to other, secure communication channels that guarantee confidentiality. You always have the possibility to send confidential inquiries to our address stated in the imprint.
As mentioned above, wherever the provider of the social media platform gives us the opportunity, we make sure that our social media pages comply as closely as possible with data protection regulations. In particular, we do not use the demographic, interest-based, behavior-based or location-based target group definitions for advertising that the operator of the social media platform may make available to us. We do not use the social media platform for advertising purposes. With regard to statistics made available to us by the provider of the social media platform, we can only influence these to a limited extent and cannot deactivate them. However, we make sure that no additional optional statistics are supplied to us.
 
Data processing by the operator of the social media platform:
The operator of the social media platform uses web tracking methods. Web tracking can also occur regardless of whether you are registered with the social media platform or not. As already mentioned, we unfortunately have hardly any influence on the web tracking methods of the social media platform. We cannot, for example, deactivate them.
Please be aware of this: we cannot rule out the possibility that the provider of the social media platform may use your profile and behavioral data to evaluate your habits, personal relationships, preferences, etc. In this respect, we have no influence over the processing of your data by the provider of the social media platform.
