New Partners at zeb

The strategy and management consulting zeb with a focus on the financial services industry has strengthened its management team in German-speaking countries by adding two proven financial services specialists. At the beginning of the year, Sandra Douqué (36) and Christian Rupp (45) joined the management board. Both have been working at zeb for many years and offer extensive experience in sales and process issues. Douqué and Rupp work at the Hamburg and Munich offices and serve zeb clients across Europe. Paolo Ciccarese (47), who manages the Italian market from the Milan office, has also been appointed Partner. In the summer of 2019, Kai Stefani (48), a proven expert in wholesale and investment banking, also joined the circle of zeb partners.

In total, the management team of the strategy and management consultancy now comprises 62 Partners who serve banking and insurance clients across Europe and North America. zeb, which now has 1,000 employees, has significantly internationalized its consulting portfolio in recent years and has successively expanded its network of locations as major banks and international insurers increasingly demand the services of the financial services specialist.
