Dialogue between regulation, technology and practice
The Point Zero Forum is more than an industry event: it is a central platform where representatives from supervisory authorities, politics and the industry itself jointly debate the financial industry’s most pressing issues.
Initiated by the Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN) and the Swiss State Secretariat for International Finance, it convenes all relevant perspectives at one table. The focus is on how new technologies can be embedded in existing structures and prove effective under regulatory requirements.
Roundtables, workshops and discussions zero in on revealing these tensions and move them forward: How can innovation be scaled responsibly? What room for maneuver does regulation create, and where does it draw firm lines? And what does this mean in practical terms for business models, processes and organizations? This is not about abstract visions of the future, but about robust approaches for practical application.
