Horst Kleinlein, Senior Partner
As a Senior Partner, Horst Kleinlein is responsible for strategic projects on digitalization, restructuring and transformation topics.
In these areas, he has advised large institutions in the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, large-cap banks and specialized banks in Germany as well as large institutions in Austria, Switzerland and Eastern Europe. Currently, his main focus lies on the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe and state banks in Germany.
After completing a banking apprenticeship, he studied Business Administration at the universities of Nuremberg, Boston and Basel, followed by an EMBA at the IMD in Lausanne.
Having worked at several other consultancies already, Horst joined zeb in 1995. He assumed responsibility for building and expanding zeb’s organizational and restructuring expertise and also played a major part in developing digital transformation topics. Horst leverages his considerable experience both for the benefit of our clients and within zeb. He is also responsible for zeb’s personnel portfolio management and, among other things, takes an active interest in recruiting, staffing and personnel development within the company.
