Dr. Michael Kötting is a Partner at zeb and supports large IT transformation projects in the insurance industry.

After completing his Master's degree in Business Informatics at the University of Cologne, Michael joined the insurance division of a large auditing firm in 2015. There he worked in IT consulting and IT auditing for international insurance clients.

He joined zeb as a Senior Consultant in 2017 and remained loyal to the insurance industry. Parallel to his consulting work, he completed his doctorate in organizational theory and innovation management at the University of Hohenheim in 2021 on a part-time basis.

Michael is an expert in IT transformation projects for insurance companies. To this end, he supports our clients from the strategic definition of business and technical objectives to the selection of new software solutions and the support of large implementation projects.
