Detlev Ahrens is a Partner at zeb and an expert in the field of accounting.    

An experienced banker with a degree in business administration, Detlev Ahrens is in charge of all things accounting at zeb. Since joining the company as a Consultant in 2005, he has established himself as a specialist in hedge accounting and optimizing financial results.

Detlev continuously develops customized solutions for European clients. Most of the clients he is responsible for are wholesale or private banks that operate under international accounting principles.

Aside from optimizing P&L effects and merging risk management and accounting, many of his projects involve the introduction of new financial and risk architectures. Detlev’s extensive expertise is not only valued by our clients; it is also a crucial part of the further training of his team.
