Dr. Andreas Sumper is a Partner at zeb and an expert in E2E digitalization of complex banking operations.

Dr. Andreas Sumper has been working as a consultant for zeb at the Vienna office since 2013. Having been active in management consulting even beforehand, he has amassed broad consulting experience in growth strategies, bank start-ups, NPL and distressed asset management as well as restructuring and cost reduction for financial service providers in the DACH region, CEE and the Middle East over many years. Following on from his time in the new economy, he now supports banks in the E2E digitalization of more complex banking operations, especially in the lending business with retail and corporate customers.

Andreas is known for his holistic expertise, strong problem-solving and implementation skills as well as sound judgment, combined with effective end-to-end facilitation. In this role, he supports banks throughout the DACH region and in particular in his home market of Austria. Andreas holds a degree in business administration and a PhD from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
