Bastian Walkhoff is an Expert Partner at zeb and is primarily responsible for optimizing the lending business in medium-sized banks.

After completing his banking apprenticeship, Bastian graduated with a degree in business administration from the University of Hagen in 2004. Over the course of his career, he held several positions in lending at savings banks, including roles as head of loan management and head of restructuring and intensive customer care.

In his current position at zeb, Bastian’s focus is on optimizing the lending business of regional and hybrid banks. He advises banks on end-to-end process optimization, regulatory and ESG challenges as well as the digital transformation of their business models.
