zeb ramps up its recruiting activities
zeb, the leading strategy and management consultancy for clients from the European financial services industry, is going to further ramp up its recruiting activities and is planning to hire more than 200 consultants this year. As the company further announced, 80% of the new hires are to be university graduates—30% of them women. In doing so, zeb aims at meeting the continuing demand for consulting services—especially in the field of digitalization and transformation—and at further increasing the proportion of women in the company.

Thus, our HR activities focus on female recruiting and the development of convincing options for an ideal work-life balance.”

In addition, the research institute trendence positions zeb among the 25 most attractive employers of the consulting sector for economics students.
