With the beginning of 2025, zeb, the strategy, management and IT consultancy specializing in the European financial services industry, has expanded its service portfolio by founding the new subsidiary zeb.transaction advisory gmbh. It will be managed by Matthias Korn (49), who joins zeb as an Expert Partner. Matthias Korn has more than 25 years of experience in investment banking, most recently as Managing Director of a renowned asset management boutique.

zeb.transaction advisory gmbh (in short: zeb.travis) supports financial services companies in actively managing their balance sheet by outplacing credit risks and/or tapping into new sources of refinancing. The focus of zeb.travis will be on the structure, placement and ongoing management of securitizations and debt funds as well as on the use of credit insurance. The range of services includes portfolio management and advisory services as well as securitization services. The offering is primarily aimed at banks or insurance companies in need of customized product solutions for managing their equity and outplacing risks. The combination of pre-transaction advice and ongoing risk management services such as investment memoranda, reporting, rating and valuation ensures the optimal management of assets throughout the entire product life cycle.
