Sven Krämer has been Managing Director at zeb and a member of the Management Team since July 2025, alongside Thorsten Helbig. He is a proven thought leader in the field of technology in the European financial services industry.

Sven has been with zeb since 2002 and holds a degree in business informatics from the University of Münster. In 2013, he was appointed partner thanks to his extensive expertise, particularly in the areas of technology and large banks.

For 20 years, he has been responsible for client business in the European financial services industry in the areas of IT strategy, IT architecture management, digital transformation, data analytics and data management, and artificial intelligence. He combines his IT expertise with in-depth knowledge of risk management, regulatory law, and accounting.

His team-oriented management style and innovative spirit have been instrumental in advancing the profound integration of consulting and IT services, without which zeb's success in recent years would not have been possible.

In addition to his consulting activities, Sven develops new digital business models for zeb, such as the Regulatory Hub and the Digital Services Hub, and is the initiator of zeb's internal AI knowledge management system NIA.
