Stephan Dreyer is a Partner at zeb and responsible for regional banks in Germany.

He started his career as a management consultant in the financial services sector in 1996 when he joined zeb in Münster.

Over a large number of projects, Stephan has focused in particular on medium-sized clients and he now orchestrates zeb’s activities for the group of approximately 700 cooperative banks in Germany.

For more than 20 years, Stephan has been advising his clients on a strategic and operational level regarding strategy, restructuring, mergers, digital transformation and change management.
