The zeb.start event offers the perfect introduction to an exciting professional future at zeb! A week full of exchange, knowledge transfer and exciting insights made the event a very special experience.
Dr. Robert Ellenbeck kicked off the week with a welcome presentation as part of the ‘Starter.kit’. With his words, he welcomed the new colleagues and provided initial impetus for an exciting week. Other internal departments then introduced themselves before the evening at Café Med provided a great opportunity to make initial contacts in a relaxed atmosphere.
Tuesday got off to an energetic start with Start I and 26 participants from Amsterdam, Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, Münster and Vienna. An exciting corporate mission, moderated by Stefan Kaufmann and Sonja Elsner, offered a deep insight into our corporate culture.
Throughout the week, the speakers Sonja Elsner and Tobias Boshof accompanied the new starters with valuable presentations and impulses. On Thursday, the participants worked on a case study in groups, which they presented to our partner Jens Eickbusch on Friday. A great opportunity to show off their skills! 💪
