Nils Schmidt is a Partner at zeb and Managing Director of compentus/.
Nils is a qualified banker with a degree in bank management (ADG). Having previously worked in various positions, he founded compentus/ gmbh in 2011. This Stuttgart-based management consultancy specializes in cooperative banks and became part of the zeb group in 2018.
With his wealth of experience, Nils is recognized as an expert on the cooperative banking sector. His focus is on top management consulting and personnel management as well as strategy and sales projects. Furthermore, he is a much sought-after trainer and coach for board members and executives. Nils has also lectured at the Akademie Deutscher Genossenschaften (ADG) in Montabaur for many years.
Nils is the founder and a voluntary board member of the compentus/ foundation for youth and education and has been a member of the voluntary supervisory board of the charity Joblinge gAG Stuttgart since its foundation.
